Zimmermann HR GDPR Policy

What you need to know about Zimmermann HR and processing of your personal data:

That Karin Zimmermann is responsible for the processing of the personal data that we receive.

That the purpose of processing your personal data is to support your company in the HR field.

That the legal basis (legal basis) for us to process your personal data is the contract/agreement.

That the personal category of the information we store is all information within the personnel area.

That we disclose or entrust your personal data to external recipients “e.g., Tax, Municipality, ATP, Pension, Insurance, Holiday Account, Barsel.dk, and other sub data processors”

Under the Data Protection Regulation, you have several rights in relation to our processing of your personal data. If you wish to exercise your rights, please contact us.

You have the right of access and correction, i.e., you can view all your entered data on our platform at any time and correct/update the information.

You have the right to delete, i.e., you always have access to delete information. We delete all information 18 months after the termination of the agreement unless, for accounting or legal reasons, we consider it necessary to keep it for an extended period. The information will be deleted no later than when any claims under property law are out of date.

You have the right to restrict treatment. That is, you can control any processing restrictions yourself, as you control all user rights yourself.

You have the right to object, i.e., in certain cases you have the right to object to our or lawful processing of your personal data.

You have the right to have information (data portability) transmitted. This means that you can “describe how personal data can be disclosed at any time and possibly in what format”

Complaint to the Danish Data Protection Agency. If you wish to complain, we will of course be happy to be informed and do what we can to please you, but you are always entitled to complain directly to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Borgergade 28, 5, 1300 Copenhagen K.
